By accessing or using AudioMaker AI (“Service”, “Platform”), provided by AudioMakerAI Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2User Accounts & Security

To use AudioMaker AI features, you must authenticate through authorized OAuth providers (Google or GitHub). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account access.

• You must provide accurate and complete identification information during OAuth consent.
• You are solely responsible for activities occurring under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3AI Generated Audio & Commercial Licensing

AudioMaker AI grants you rights to audio files generated using your prompt inputs subject to your account tier:

4Credits, Usage & Subscriptions

Generative audio features consume credits according to generation complexity (Music, Voiceover, Sound Effects, Transcriptions).

Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by law. Unused free tier monthly bonus credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.

5Prohibited Content & Misuse

You agree not to use AudioMaker AI to generate:

• Unauthorized voice clones of real living individuals without explicit consent.
• Hate speech, harassment, illegal content, or deepfakes intended to deceive.
• Malicious audio automated spam or copyright-infringing works.

6Limitation of Liability

AudioMaker AI provides services "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or error-free neural generation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AudioMaker AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use.
